FoxNews ran a spot on Saturday about a 61-lb Columbian baby. The doctor on the segment suspected that the child had Prader-Willi syndrome.  I was impressed that the doctor even knew about PWS, and even mentioned that Growth Hormone Therapy was an effective treatment. 

Despite the fact I was thrilled for the recognition, we see that most PWS kids this age struggle with weight-gain, so I suspect (in my non-medical opinion) that it was something else.
